Also for speed UHC, allow us to place blocks in deathmatch.
People can't camp if you add a building height.

I think horseless should just be constantly on until they fully update to 1.10. We pretty much already have cutclean in speed UHC so I don't think it should be a voting option.

With a building height I would be fine with it but it can still be abused easily so I'm not sure...

I know, it's dead, but a UHC update can feasibly make it more successful.

They could just add a block on top of your head ;) .
About barricading yourself in. They could give you your kit once you fall and make the cages disappear with a /replace command (just make it so that it replaces anything within the X by X radius with air).

I like the idea of adding voting options but what do you mean by "Timebomb"? and do the horses from the kit still work in horseless mode?

Build height could be easily controlled by placing barrier blocks. If CC wanted to be fancy they could change the build limit by coding which is much more effort. +1

Players should be able to break blocks that other players have placed. So I see no point to doing that
