Tried to get Gold rank scammed twice

Hello my username is mcboss555 I have previously purchased the gold rank for your server using your service Paymentwall, but when I purchased it Paymentwall said "Error please try again" I had gone thru this procedure twice and two errors appeared. However when I looked into my bank account it had said that they payment had gone thru twice.

How long has it been since payment? It can take up to 10 minutes to process the rank.

It has been about 2 weeks I had previously contacted sales@cubecraft.net but then they redirected me to Paymentwall representatives, and they told me to make a account and click the "Help" button. I did so and nothing happened.
