Transfer diamond rank from old account

I bought a diamond rank 1-2 years ago on an account called Jalapenos 78 but I lost my old minecraft account and couldn't manage to get back in. However I managed to get back into my old cubecraft account where I bought the diamond rank. My new username is Jalapenos77 and i'll be glad if someone could transfer my rank.
