really a tournament with some 1000 people in it
how would that work

I think this can be worked out very Ez... Just set a nice Timezone for everybody and maybe make this TOurnaments on Vacations (June-July)

Vacations aren't the same all over the world. Are u sure they can be worked out easily? I don't think so

because only 5 people live in a different timezone than PST or something no multiple people will live in the same timezone

I like this idea. Although it could be difficult to set up, but I'd like to see this be added.

Timezones. It highly won't be possible to set a perfect time.
Someone will look at their screen and see that the tournament is 3 AM for them.

nice suggestion dude, If they add tournaments would like it to be every week or every month and I'm guessing having a tournaments would be big and a lot of people trying to get in.
