Tournaments

[cheetos192]

So, I joined the server, but went to the restroom seconds later, and an idea came to me. Why don't we do Tournaments? But these wouldn't be any ordinary tournaments. Lemme tell you:
These tournaments would happen for limited time, and with no pattern. This means that it can happen at any day (Recommend weekends). This will give one more reason for why people would play, to see if any tournaments are available. Since most of the games are competitive, those can be changed for the tournaments. The tournament will have phases depending on how many teams sign in. These phases are also random.

Pros:
+People will remain in the server for updates
+People will play the games to prepare themselves for the upcoming tournament
+Will make a nice twist in the ordinary days and make some days different
+Will make people use communication for victory

Cons:
-TIME ZONES (Edit)
-H4XORS
-People can find Tournaments unfair
-Teammates will join a team to then not present themselves in match day

Same thing, as I'm saying for the 1000th time: time zones. There are players in so many time zones, and it just doesn't work.

As @BuildBuild25 said above. This is hard to organize, because of the different timezones. It could be possible but it is really hard. I like the idea over and over again, but the timezones are here the major problem.
