It isn't just this 1 time, it happens all the time.

Its your connection, or the saturation of the server. Timed out means that you haven't received any messages (message in server with your PC are about 1.000-10.000 a second, lots of 01...). I need moar' info

CubeCraft's lag doesn't last very long. Maybe an hour per say. I am willing to bet its your connection to the server. What I would do is unplug your router, leave it off for a few seconds then plug it back in to give your internet a good refreshing.
