I don't think the amount of enderpearls should be reduced. Either leave it or completely remove them. Otherwise you'll often get none, it would be annoying if your opponent pearls away and you can't follow them so you have to bridge across the map. Enderpearling is always a slight risk especially while in a fight so I doubt players will pearl out of a fight that often in a single game.

In my opinion it's not necessary this quantity of ender pearls in the normal difficulty/normal chests. They're good for deal with campers but 1/4 should be enough... I think they should change the probability to find them in the chests because you can make your enemies go crazy with 15 ender pearls.

Well, campers in skywars is not a problem. You could just build.

I think that enderpearls in skywars is alright, but 1 stack of them is too much.
Maybe 2 enderpearls out of 5 at mid.
