I know, there are a lot of hackers. All you can do is record them & report them.

Do you play 1.8 or 1.12? I play 1.12 and almost never encounter hackers anymore since Sentinel released. Sentinel seems to be not working that great on 1.8.

First> Helpers are staffmembers with as job for helping (new) people with issues. They can't ban a hacker.
Second> I have played a lot today and I have reported 50 rulebreakers today and of this 50 rulebreakers wasn't there a person that was hacking. I see never hackers, so I think that sentinel does his job good.

Sentinel is doing very well, the amount of illegal modifications users decreased a lot the past couple of weeks and I think you were a bit unlucky today. ;)
