Simple I made this suggestions a while ago for different keywords and hacking and it was accepted but ok let me do it quick and simple.
when someone says team or teaming or any other keyword in the chat he will get a chat message telling him about everything he needs to know to report teamers...
simple as that.

This is a really good idea, lets hope the developers think so too as I can't imagine it'd be too hard to implement(might be wrong here)! :D
