put a plugins that notifies you where there is a youtuber (modality and lobby)

This would definitely cause a lot of inconvenience for youtubers since this makes it a million times easier for someone to target said youtuber.
You could try to add one to your friends list if you want to see when they play. Else it'll be a pain for them since I'm pretty sure none of them want this.

The average player would love to know, but Youtubers would most likely hate being targeted in any game they try to play. That's primarily what this feature is going to cause.

As said above, this makes it extremely easy to target a YouTuber. And anyway, following YouTubers around is a bit.. creepy.
