The last 2 or 3 teams who are still alive, get a player-tracker so they can't camp or ruin the game in any other way.

I'm mixed on this suggestion. It would be nice to find that one last person who is hiding in a game, but I think it should be more balanced than how you said it would work.

This has already been implemented as of the the recent skywars update :)

If only two players/teams are left, everyone alive will receive a free player tracker
Alongside with a message, informing about this
