Java Suggestion: Have a 1% chance of getting a cubelet from any treasure burrow in Relic Hunting or from any catch in Lobby Fishing.

This would be a nice little boost for players to get more rewards from the Lobby activities (such
as Lobby Fishing and Relic Hunting).
The suggestion is for every time a player fishes something up or digs up a relic to be:

a 1% chance for a normal cubelet
a 0.25% chance for a super cubelet (maybe)
a 0.1% chance for an uber cubelet (maybe)

I think that its a good idea, but i think that it would be better if you add more chance, for example;
- 3% normal cubelet
- 1% super cubelet
- 0,5% uber cubelet!!

What do you think?
