TNT
1. Don't bother with the TNT, just use your sword.
2. If the enemy is running, away, you can throw the TNT in the direction you think they might go, but this is entirely optional and resets your sword cooldown.
3. Don't just spawn in a bunch of TNT off the vat, it's just pointless.
Ghast
1. Again, don't bother with the Ghasts, just kill the person with your sword. You can use the Ghasts as shields if the person is quite close and you are weak, and the Ghast might distract him, but it will probably go for you if you spawn it.
2. Don't just spawn a bunch of Ghasts straightaway, if the opponent does this, either hide and let the Ghasts damage him or just quickly kill him with your sword.
Explosive Bow
1. Bowspam the opponent - this means that you will have to be close, but don't be too close that you get caught in the explosion.
2. Try to aim at the actual person and not the ground beneath them, even if the map only has a couple layers.
3. If someone is firing at you, don't run away, just keep firing at them back, get close if they are not.
Endermite
1. Try to stay as far away as possible, but still be in range to spawn one endermite at a time as closely to the other player and as far away from you as possible, so the endermite goes for him instead, run away, and keep repeating the process still he is being swarmed by endermites, about 5 will do.
2. Don't just spawn a bunch of endermites inbetween you two when you first come into contact with the other player, just do the above tip.
3. If he spawns endermites and they're all on you, but none on him, try to spawn some on him as well then immediately attack him with your sword.
4. Opportune times to strike are when he is backed into a corner killing endermites, don't spawn more on him, just attack him with the sword.
5. If you have a swarm of endermites on you and so does he, and he is trying to kill his endermites, back into a corner and carefully attack the endermites - don't miss too many hits.
6. Have your endermite eggs in your offhand the entire time - like - the second you start the game.
Lava
1. Put the lava bucket from your sixth slot in your offhand strawightaway, then try to, once you've used a lava bucket, switch to another slot not that easy to access quickly, like your 5th or 7th, save your ones twos and nines for if things get really sticky.
2. Circle the opponent, hit them with your sword then, with a lava bucket in your offhand, qucikly place one where they have just landed - they will be disoriented for about 0.5 seconds after you hit them - that will be all the time you need. Also jump a lot as well.
3. Lava buckets aren't your primary weapon, your sword is, so favour that and try to get regular combos, circling them in one direction the whole time, if you switch directions you'll probably run into some previous lava or be in oppurtune range of their fresh lava bucket.
4. If you get set on fire, quickly find some water in very close vicinity , if there is none just continue fighting with your sword and lava.
5. If possible, try pocketing their lava. You can do this by putting your lava bucket in your offhand on the same block as theirs, then quickly suck them both up. They'll be left without that block of lava.
Shulker
1. Don't bother with any of the other stuff, just attack with your sword.
2. If someone uses the shulker levitation to get to a higher area, just do that too, and shoot them with your bow in your offhand.
Crafter
1. If the map is big, then craft diamond sword, diamond legs, diamond boots, gold helmet. If they are coming towards them before that, then stick with boots and leggings and sword, if they are coming at you very quickly, make a diamond chestplate and a sword.
2. If you have made the full set, and the opponent still is either very far away or not coming towards you, make bread with the wheat, then attack.
3. Don't bother making a bow and arrow, even if the person still isn't attacking you yet, it's just not worth it, you get like 8 arrows which you won't use most of, and you need the offhand for bread if you have any.
4. Hold right click when the game starts counting down with the crafting table selected to immediately place it. Do this 3 blocks in front of you to get a good view of any approaching attackers.
Apple Smash
1. Spam click the opponent with the apple like any old 1.8 PvP.
2. Don't eat the apple.
3. If someone eats the apple, best to back off for about 5 seconds if they aren't a complete noob who can easily be beaten anyway, to let the regen wear off, as they will be pretty op at that time.
4. Still don't eat the apple.
Witch
1. This one's a tricky one, and will take a while to get used to. Firstly, don't rearrange the inventory setup, it's the best as it is by default.
2. The main strategy is to combat them with your sword but also be very wary in terms of blocking with your shield, as the ten shots you can fire with your bow are devastating if used in a combo. When they aren't fighting you sword to sword or even if they get knocked back quite a bit, that is often the time when the decide to strike with their bow, which is the worst thing to happen to you, as you get set on fire and poisoned at the same time.
3. Use your bow one shot at a time, and only use it when in close sword to sword combat with the opponent they really won't be expecting it then.
4. If they are constantly using their shield, or using too much for your liking, just light them on fire with the flint and steel, when they go to water themselves down, combo them with your sword. Don't use your bow then, as they're in the water and the Flame won't work.
5. If they are staying in naturally generated water, use a lingering potion of harming. Only use it then as you only have two of them.
6. Don't use your milk. It's pointless. If you get hit with an arrow, block to see if they fire anymore, and when they don't just keep on fighting, or, if the damage is too much, just run away a bit and use your potion of regeneration if you still have it.
7. You only have one regen pot. Don't waste it by any means, that includes letting the opponent have it, even if you get healed as well.
8. Don't draw you bow back. Do quick shots while fighting, if the enemy is far enough away and holds his bow at you, fully drawn back, and is slowly backing off, block with your shield until he either fires enough at you then attacks you another way, in which case attack with sword and possibly get a cheeky shot with a bow, or, if you feel like it, and and i strongly recommend it, stop blocking your shield then immediately block it again to see if they'll waste an arrow, and keep bluffing them in various ways.
9. Don't waste any of your arrows.
10. Don't make it a focus, but if the you pocket your opponents' water, then flint and steel will be your best friend, as the can't put out any fires unless the pocket your water, which they will then be out to do, so be very wary of that from then on.
11. Normal 1.9 pvp with a sword, like most the other kits, will be extremely important, dont waste your time on arrows and splash potions. A lot of people make that mistake and die very quickly because of it.
Cow
1. Only spawn one mooshroom and get both your milk buckets and soups from the mooshroom. Don't bother spawning in a cow, it's pointless.
2. Bow spam. You won't win if you don't. That's the sad way of life.
3. Most people know the bowspamming strategy so constantly monitor your health and VERY quickly use a soup then resume bowspamming. You will most likely use both your soups, often in the same couple seconds, if that, so don't be afraid to. Oh yeah, your milk is pretty pointless, but you might as well take it with you just in case there's a very particular scenario, which there is sometimes.
4. If you can, try to camp in a small place with very sharp corners that you can hide behind, like under the stairs of the map with the lava in the middle and the 8 staircased-tower thing that's all made of stone bricks, where you can hide to the sides.
5. If you do do that, try using your remaining mobs as shields, one a time. it can frustrate and disorientate the opponent, and in this kit, seconds are as precious as dragon eggs.
Spectre
1. This kit is just... really weird, and kinda bad tbh. The most I can say is, put your beef in your offhand, don't hide with the invisibility, don use your potions really, and look out for a sword. You die in like 3 hits, so, that's really all there is to it.
Quickdraw
1. Once again, there isn't really much to say. Try to hide behind something two blocks high, with the opponent on the other side, build up suspense, maybe even try walking to the left or right, so they assume that's what you're going to do, then quickly jump and fire, and hope you don't miss.
2. Don't just go out in the open together and bowspam. It won't work well for you, especially if you come after them.
Rabbit
1. Put your carrots in your offhand, although you probably won't use them.
2. Try to get the first hit with you both on the ground, then jump. You have jump boost IV and feather falling boots, so jumping takes a long while to get down.
3. Don't just hold down spacebar, keep turning around, and hit the opponent if you see them. You'll die.
Honestly, I'm not great at this kit, so take this with a pinch of salt.
Joust
1. You're really supposed to use the horse, and, it's a lot more fun that way, so this tip will just be about for not using it. Immediately get on your horse no matter what, and wait back a couple seconds. If the opponent gets on their horse as well, follow the next tips, it he doesn't, get off your horse and fight him normal PvP. Alternatively, you could just get him on his horse either by getting on yours then dismantling or just waiting for him to, then kill his horse and then kill him, immediately placing you in the combo advantage, but where's the fun in that?
2. If you're both on your horses, don't use your bow or shield, their pointless, just use your sword.
3. Aiming is critical as you'll both be going extremely fast and in straight lines crossing each other, so the question of when to hit him is easy to see as you are not going to be strafing anytime soon, but aiming. Aiming is key in this.
4. IF your opponent gets of his horse and starts trying to kill yours, stay on your horse, and try to get some hits on him, but the extreme height and speed differences will make that quite hard, but he will have a much harder time hitting you until your horse is dead, after that just fight normally with the substantially better health.

Wow. That was a long one. By the way these steps weren't really in order - they were kind of meant to be bullet points. I hope you enjoyed reading through the long essay of tips for a computer game that you probably know most of already! Like I've said a lot in this page, it's pointless.

For the kit with endermites (pretty sure it's called Speedy or something), if the opponent has a swarm on him... it's best to back off and let the endermites do the job. If you accidentally hit them (because of the sweeping effects of 1.9 PvP), then you're gonna be the one in the pinch.

I hate the endermite ones, when you place an endermite it comes to you and I hate this... I always lose on endermite kit.

You're suppose to put it as close as you can to the opponent, and as far as you can from yourself, otherwise it'll be aggro-ed onto you.

Endermites come to you that's right.. Every monster does that. xD
But no, you're right, they're really annoying.
