Starting Position on most (Possibly all) CubeCraft Skywars Maps

If you are first person to enter a skywars game shouldn't you start with the middle of the map directly infront of you. Because I have noticed the 2nd person who joins (to the right of me) is directly facing the middle. Is it suppose to be like this or is it an error?

I have noticed that detail, in some maps the first player in join it's in the middle and in other maps it's the second. For me it's only a detail that doesn't change/doesn't affect anything in the gameplay. Cubecraft curiosities!
