Staff needs to give out warning before banning someone

I think i never see anyone get banned without a warning.That really should be changed someday

Either you have a bad understanding of English, or you just told that staff DOES give a warning before ban, which makes this thread useless. And about the warning, I personally warn people if they start when I'm online but if they broke a lot of rules when I'm offline and someone has evidence I insta ban them.

Okay I get that i also think staff should have there rank on all servers because I never see any staff of in the assassins server.

If a staff member doesn't like assasination, or he plays on another server, he doesn't go on it. And it might be different time zones too. And we do have our ranks on all servers.

I saw someone get banned.. This is what happened:
-Person says a server IP
-Staff says that they'll ban them
-Person says sorry
-Staff bans them
Like I said, rules need to be more clear

I have seen people be warned like 5time or so.(depending on how nice staff is and there mood.) Anyway isn't advertising a Ip-Ban anyway!?

I've seen people get warnings, but if it's your first time getting banned you should only be banned for a few days or a week, not indefinately.
