No. It's a username-ban IP ban is something we do not practice, due to the easiness of changing it.
Staff needs to give out warning before banning someone

Either you have a bad understanding of English, or you just told that staff DOES give a warning before ban, which makes this thread useless. And about the warning, I personally warn people if they start when I'm online but if they broke a lot of rules when I'm offline and someone has evidence I insta ban them.
I saw someone get banned.. This is what happened:
-Person says a server IP
-Staff says that they'll ban them
-Person says sorry
-Staff bans them
Like I said, rules need to be more clear

Also @XGlidingDragonX they do give out warnings, but there are those people who don't listen, therefore getting them banned

I've seen people get warnings, but if it's your first time getting banned you should only be banned for a few days or a week, not indefinately.
