The people spamming in that picture are most likely bots, so asking them to stop would be pointless.

Chances are they are bots
They wouldn't be banned either way though advertising and spamming are only mutable and always will be

These accounts are spam bots, if you ever see the chat being spammed like this with an ip or link of any kind then please report them and they will be dealt with accordingly.
