1. I used to have a forwarded thread, but it isn't forwarded Cuz of the suggestion update, it is a few months old, and I was told that I can bump the thread as compensation. Will I be banned for necroposting/Bumping if I try that?

2. I've seen people, not mods reply to support on forums, I can't do it though, is there some way I could reply to support threads?

For your first question, yes, you are allowed to bump your suggestion one more time if it was forwarded in the old system. You won't get punished for that.
For the second question, members that are not a part of the staff team shouldn't be able to reply here. Though sometimes threads are moved to the support forums after being posted somewhere else. In that case, people may have replied to it before it was moved to the support forums.
