Some proof that Agentkills could be hacking.

I think that you need video proof to report a hacker. I also don't think that it's necessary for a stone to have 2 stacks of golden apples.

I think that the staff needs proof to ban someone for hacking because they might not believe it. But there are a lot of people accusing him, but I'm not sure. It's staff's decision to ban him or not.

He could have been kitfarming, which i think requires a warning before being a bannable offence. Also, there is a possibility that he/she purchased them from the item store, or looted a donor kill and got a few gapples, then just claimed that he/she had 2 stacks.
