Some players and I potentially found a Skywars Hacker

When I was in a Skywars server, and I was mining inside a base part (I forgot what map), I decided to mine the base and remove the ladders in order to make anybody who weren't carful enough to check, and get them to fall off of the map. Anyhow, the username BloodMoonYT (If I recall), fell for this trick, and yet he popped back out of nowhere and killed me as I was semi-tauntingly texting "gg!", and I'm not the only one who called out hacks on him, so it appears a bit more legit (that, and he was being a sour winner... Might just be me, but that is a sign of an op mindset, of which can be created by having op hacks, therefore putting him in such a position... Anyhow, if you can research this and verify what went down, I would appreciate it. Thanks for reading.
