Bedrock Skywars or survivalgames swap (gamemode)

So my friend and i were thinking of what could be some cool ideas for another gamemode, and we thought it would be a neat idea to have players have their teammates switch randomly in a given amount of time in duos or teams of four skywars or survival games. if this gamemode was added it would give another reason to just play with your friends and have fun since many players like i are a bit more competitive. if this were added it would be a good idea to keep it a separate gamemode than skywars duos or teams of four, like how chaos is isolated from those so if players don't want to play it then they wouldn't have to be forced to! I could see how this might not be liked by most players but it would be a nice change to see something like this!

If the last remaining team wins, who would get the win? The people who where in that team at the last moment, or the ones who where in it when the game starts?

The persons at the last moment would, otherwise it would be confusing to program or to play while it might be anyways
