I like it how the islands aren't repetitive, so well done on that job! But as @Pingu_ and @TlmeLord said, I don't see any kind of medieval in this. Do something on it, more detail as example. Good luck!

It's a good effort, and you have made each island individual which can be cool. However, it just doesn't really flow and each island in my opinion doesn't blend well together. And agreed with some of the points made by other members, some islands give big advantages compared to others. However I appreciate the work you did :)
