Skywars fisherman kit... needs revamp?

I'm curious to know what you guys think how this kit could be improved...
My suggestion is to make the fishing rod steal items from players, like the kit in SG...
What are your thoughts on this kit and how would you improve it?

- Adds new, awesome and unique maps.
- Adds Map specific items.
- Balances/Fixes SkyWars Abilities.
- Doesn't bother balancing all kits.

I'd like if if all kits would be balanced because currently only Iron Golem and Swordsmen are being chosen.

All the kits should be more balanced, so why not. Maybe it could give you a fish (or a piece of meat) too, when you rod someone? I know that it would be very irrelevant, but it would look cool. c;

The fishing rod has knockback I of II and you get a splash potion with all the effects a pufferfish gives you. Looks maybe to OP but funny aswell :P

When you cast your rod and it lands on someone, reeling it in would take one of his items and send it to you

Rlly? Anything can be suggested. There is nothing wrong with suggesting stuff like this. Take note of that.
