I'd absolutely love if the server added something similar to the SethBling minigame "Blocks vs. Zombies". Video below:
The game requires no mods or plugins and is completely self-contained with redstone. I would think this makes it very easy to add this kind of game to the server. SethBling has done a ton of other minigames like freeze tag, Super Craft Brothers, and, in collaboration with Hypixel, Team Fortress 2 in Minecraft. It'd be awesome to see Blocks vs. Zombies added :D
