Resolved Sentinel ban

Hello, I got ban from Sentinel at 26 March. I wasnt even using anything it just my about wifi. I am living too far to the server and my wifi is just bad. I tried to appeal it but it got denied. I was just using labymod at 1.16.5 version. I tried to discuss my appeal but no one answering me. Can someone talk/help to me?
