Running at insane speed on Bedrock?

Hi,

I played the Bedrock server today on Windows 10, and I move at insanely fast speeds (like, speed 6 in Java). Does anyone know how I can prevent this from occuring?

I have no idea what the problem is but I have a guess. Maybe your PC runs at a higher tickspeed then bedrock edition should be?
Maybe bedrock edition runs at 30 fps but because you are using pc runs at a higher fps and tickspeed is adjusted by fps. Idk .y best guess.

heard it was a bug, which actually makes it unplayable but thanks for answer!

What I explained was a possibility of why the bug happened. But yes I guess it was just a bug I was wrong...
