No. Doing an insane amount of reports has nothing to do with whether you'd be a good staff member or not. Reporting people is to keep the server clean, not to get rewards. Although I'd definitely agree with @Guardi4n. Giving people that report a lot rewards motives other people to do a lot of reports too. Players that do a lot of reports might be rewarded in the future.
