Resource pack I think

On my computer everybody looks like Steve with a big head because of the hat, but on my brother's screen it shows how the players actually look. How do I fix this?

Try relogging or restarting your game? Maybe use version 1.9.2 as it's the optimised version for Cubecraft. If it is a texture pack then just turn it off, however if you haven't installed any this won't be the case. Is it just the head that is a steve head, or does the whole player look like a steve?

The cause of this is most likely one of two things.
1) Your texture pack, so simply try a new one/ without one
2) Your firewall, go to this site and check the output (http://skins.minecraft.net) if it's "200 OK " then your firewall is fine. If you get anything else it's not.

If it's your firewall, you should contact your internet provider.

Note: Do NOT reinstall Minecraft, it won't help

A related problem happens to me. I see my self as my own skin but others see me as Steve. It does not work on this server. It is a wandering trader llama

I'll try use 1.9.2 and, yes they do look like Steves or the default girl.

I think the easiest way to do this is restarting and shutting off everything: If you still experience trouble, talk to a staff member with note experience or contact mojang team. Bad internet could be a problem too!
