So I just had a report denied because the whole screen wasnt visible. May I make a second report with fresh screenshots where the whole screen is visible?

If your report has been denied because the evidence was a cropped screenshot/video and you still have the original recording/screenshot (NOT edited), then you can make a new report with the not cropped screenshot/video yes.
