I will apply for staff on the server but the reports I made are denied because the players are already punished by sentinel. Can I apply for staff now or not?

You should not apply for staff now, because you don't meet the minimum requirements you need to at least have a chance to be accepted.

Q: What are the requirements to apply?
A: You must have:

• 200 messages on the forums
• 3 months of activity
• 100 successful reports.
