Reports don't work

I saw someone flying in my Eggwars game. So me and my friend try and report him, but reports ARE SCREWED UP.

The hacker's username is CreepyCafe17796. He was flying and getting diamonds from the iron generator, he didn't take damage and cost us a fun time whilst playing.

Next time you can report them with /report if you have a rank. You cant use the command if you dont have a rank. If you are able to record the hacker you can also report them here https://reports.cubecraft.net/report (you dont need a rank for that). I know hackers are annoying but you cant really do anything about them accept for reporting them.
