Java /report when the player isnt in the game anymore.

Sometimes I want to report someone with /report if he/she is hacking but sometimes it says: player not found. Because they already got to another game so I can't report them. It will be nice if you can /report players when they are not ingame anymore.

You're right, they should add global reports back again, but I guess there's a reason or answer on why they don't have yet.
