In evidence it says videos but there is no screenshot option so I have to do it here you can see him firing at me from a high up sky base with the clear intent to stall the game and not let me attack making it next to impossible to progress and in the other image you can see that he admits to camping clear as day.

I am afraid we require video evidence for camping reports, as screenshots can be taken out of context and manipulated. You can get video evidence by using screen recorders like OBS. Once you have evidence, and upload it to youtube, then you need to type /registerreports on our server, in chat, to allow you to create an account with which you use to report players.
