Web Reply cooldown on Birthdays

It's that time of the year when you get +1 year of life. Yes, I am talking about Birthdays.
Here at the CubeCraft forums we usually leave a kind 'Happy birthday' wish on your profile when it's your special day. It's really kind, isn't it? But here comes the problem: the annoying reply cooldown.

I don't know what you guys think about it, but personally I find it really annoying. You have to wait 20 seconds before you can reply to another birthday wish.

So here comes the suggestion: lowering it down a bit (maybe 5-10 seconds).
