I think they do they thread cool down so players don'r keep randomly trying to get posts for a lot of posts.

I am pretty sure they will keep the thread cool down, and if they want to be close to removing it, they might make it a little shorter.

But then again, what if people with 18 month old accounts, just made 1 post and didn't make any other posts after that... They could spam when they get 18 months.

Cheers.

Isn't 9 months enough? *wink wink*

I really hope this will be a thing with the new website... The delay is just annoying. But, as I said above, 18 months feels too much. Maybe 12? A year should be good enough :P

Yeah this can be a thing. This people that has their account for more then 18 months can be trustable. If that's even a word. :)

You never know. Some people could just afk on the forums just to get ready to finish this 18 month term. Maybe you should make it where you need to have 18 months and at least 300 forum posts to not have a chat cooldown?

Cheers.

Yea, I think this is a good idea. But I also think staff should have ability to give or take this. And how about 12 months.

I think a Year would be enough, but i would say 1 year and 500Messages, he could have been inactive.

I would say that time doesn't matter, as long as he participates and not spam dumb messages and help out, and I think there shouldn't be cooldown at all for all staff members, that could save a lot of time for them to answer questions.

I think its a bad Idea...
