/registerreports doesnt work

So, on CubeCraft, I completed the Egg Hunt and haven't got the pink bunny banner, and when I opened 2 cubelets. I got Cocoa Bean Trail, but it's not showing anywhere. I wanted to report it in Bug Section, but when it told me to type /registerreports, it just show me ''server error''

Any ideas what to do?
EDIT: Cocoa Bean is appearing, but the banner is not
