Refunding Points on Control Points?

I know that control point won't be coming back. :( That was my friend's favorite game. I think he bought all of the kits. Is there a chance that the points could be refunded? Thank you for any help.

Probably not, I don't think they saved the kit info when they deleted the game not sure tho I'm not a dev or anything
