Reaction points

I’ve been active every day on the forums for about 3 weeks now and still have no idea what reaction points are... What I’m thinking Is that certain reaction such as the thumbs up, agree, disagree, unsure, laughing emoji, sad emoji etc have different points, Am I right? Can somebody correct me?

i think every "positive" reaction gives you +1 and the "negative" dont change anything. they dont have much use from what i understand, except the throphy points. correct me if im wrong :P
