Re-generation to fast

Hi,

The re-generation is to fast. When you run away in a fight in eggwars your health is full back in 5/10 seconds.
A fight will be during to long

Just combo someone.. The regeneration system is like the only good thing in 1.9

To be fair, it's always been easy to run away and get your health back. Block your bridge up, hide somewhere, etc. If anything, this just mitigates the amount of time players spend running away.
