Since 1.17 is out, will iron generators drop the new Raw Iron material, and if not, does fortune work on it anyways? I’m on desert island and I don’t know. Answers appreciated!

No. The server is on Java 1.12.2. which means fortune will not work on iron or gold ore.
Yes it is modified on cubecraft every level give 10% more chance of double drop on everything that can be mined (iron, gold, coal, diamonds, crops...)
I play bedrock and I get bonus iron drops with fortune.
