The mojang EULA for commercial use of minecraft states: You may not sell soft currency for hard currency, neither separately or along with ranks as a single or recurring payout. This is regardless of what you can use the soft currency for.
So, If you don't want your server taken down, Please make the ranks either non-existant or buy the ranks IN GAME with IN GAME money, that you earn by playing games. I really feel left out as a stone ranker (that's what she said) and other people showing off and making us feel so shitty about our lives, I wanted to kill my self once.
