I was a regular on the server back in 2013. I had a very high rank and paid a lot of money for it. I stopped playing for a while and when I got back today, the rank was gone. Does it reset after a while? I also have receipts of those payments to the server if needed.

I have never heard of ranks resetting, are you sure you logged into the correct account?

hey! ranks do not reset, but the best thing to do is to send an email to sales@cubecraft.net and include your username, transaction ID, issue and email entered at checkout.
