Rank Payed but not given

Dear Sir, I bought a few minutes ago the rank Diamond and payed 57,27 euro. The payment is done but the rank is not showing up on Rahm6 MC account,

You should consider waiting a bit, as it might take a while. Have you tried relogging or joining another lobby yet? If your rank doesn't show up after 24 hours, then read this.

I bought a diamond rank a while ago. They told me that you will get your rank within 24 hours and if you don't, you have to follow the link Hoshi gives you.
I didn't get my rank until the next day, so it may take a while.

You should do as said above!
I just looked at the store and the price for diamond was €57,12. You might just have made a type but I'm going to ask anyway; You're sure you bought it on the official store?
If not, that would most certainly explain why you didn't get your rank, so I really hope it was just a typo!

Actually, it various sometimes. It currently says €57.13 for me. Anyhow, I’m quite certain that if a rank was bought, it was on the correct site: store.cubecraft.net. They should just have patience as with some payment methods, it often does take a long time to process.

I feel like, in this case, correcting somebody will just come across a bit rude. I felt like mentioning this, as I’d like to prevent future misunderstandings and arguments.
