1. Is there any way to make black dye in skyblock?

Yes but not for a while. You unlock ink sacs in the shop after a certain quest on the 9th overworld (swamp) island, not sure which quest exactly it is. I don't think it's possible to make black dye before that.

2. What's the best way to make money in skyblock?

This depends on what stage you are in the game. In early game I've heard that farming snow golems is pretty good. By mid-game it's probably best to make crop farms for cactus and melons. Many people start creating pig and creeper spawner farms by late game.

Omg thank you for the dye one I have no clue how I missed it I went looking and never seen it and thank you so much for the price one as well. I'm in the late game. I'm looking to get a sheep spawner for every wool colour so it's gonna get expensive . Thank you so much again
