I have seen a review about it, it looks legal and not advantage giving to me till I saw a tracker GUI option, I'm not sure if it tracks players but if it does that's deffinitly illegal and bannable. It's basically an advanced X-Ray if the tracker tracks people.

I suggest watching reviews/testing in.
If you think it's undetectable then think twice because it's just not nice to use an unfair advantage and there is no fun in your game and others game anymore.
