Question with reports

Hey, I have a question. When I report someone and link a video to it, will that video be shown to the hacker I reported? Im asking because my report vids all have 3 views even if theyre not listed, and because under a report vid of twoface the hacker wrote a commentary.

Yup, we include the evidence in the ban message. Eg, you report user CubeCraftGames for cheating with https://youtube.com as evidence, their ban reason will be ''Use of Illegal Modifications - https://youtube.com''
