Quest that needs to be redeemed to advance to next island wont show up.

I finished the arachnid exile quest that needed to be finished but didn't redeem it as I wanted to do so when all of my friends are online. However, the quest disappeared and now I cant get to the next island. I do not have any more main quests and I know where the island is supposed to be.
