Punishments

Can you have only one punishment at the time? I reported two guys for teaming and one of them was also swearing so I reported him about that too. My report about teaming was handled but my report about the swearing was closed because the person was already punished (banned for teaming).

According to me and if I'm right, you can only have one punishment at the time. But, he/she got a punishment thanks to you reporting her :)
