Resolved Problem with my frames!

Hi! (Sorry for Bad English, im from México nd i don't speak it )
I have this problem on My skyblock: i put some frames over my chests, nd when i closet them, the frames dissapear :( nd the same with my signs, i cant see the letters, i don't know if its normal (n the server) or i really have a bug Here the video
I'm from xbox
