Portals to enter games

Hey I was wondering if I could know how you set up the nether portals to do awesome stuff and teleport. I am running a private server and want to add these neat features. Can you tell me?

I also understand Bedrock behavior/resource pack .json files, if it's a pack.

It’s compacted, but you can sense when a player is in the frame (via: spawner or commandblock) and then just before they teleport to the nether you teleport them to a specific destination

I know most of the / commands for Minecraft Bedrock. I bet /testfor @a would work for this.
