I think they do work, it just depends on the reason of your ban/mute (how bad it was) and how effective your appeal is - like quite a few I have seen don't follow the correct format, insult others or just don't give a good enough reasoning but others are really apologetic and have only done one thing such as spammed once - basically depends on reason for ban/mute and how good your appeal is

If the system returns to you with the start of the appeal process again, your appeal has been sent, and will be either declined or accepted by the member of staff that banned you. If your appeal gets declined you will not be able to appeal again, if it is accepted you get unbanned. It works perfectly. Thread locked.
